higher consciousness. Parents, siblings, communities, and nations are tested by
their response. Those who awaken are blessed with mercy and divine favor.
Christ declared: “When thou make a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the
lame, the blind: and thou shalt be blessed.” The blessing of heaven rests
upon those who embrace the marginalized.
CCF Mandate: DISABILITY COMPASSION OUTREACH calls
on international NGOs, donor partners, governments, and civil
society to legislate justice, fund accessibility, and empower
PWDs through inclusive housing, healthcare, and
livelihood programs. Disability is not limitation—it is divine
mission. To serve PWDs is to worship Christ in truth.
